With the assistance of the Golden Valley Keperra Lions, the Ferny Hills Girl Guides will be hosting a FREE movie screening of ‘How to Train your Dragon: Hidden World’ at George Willmore Park, Ferny Hills.
The event, sponsored by Councillor Matt Constance, is aimed to raise much needed funds for the guides and also to bring awareness to this fabulous community group that we have right on our doorstep.
Festivities will kick off at 5.30pm and there will be a sausage sizzle, cold drinks, slushies and popcorn on sale, along with EFTPOS available for your convenience.
Sandra Williams, District Manager for Alinga, says the girls really look forward to hosting this event every year.
‘The Ferny Hills Girl Guides are excited to be able to host another free ‘Movie in the Park in 2020’. The Guides, together with their Leaders, love getting involved in our community,’ commented Sandra.
