Ellendale is a new masterplanned community just 12km from the Brisbane CBD in Upper Kedron. Backing on to South D’Aguilar National Park in Upper Kedron, the Ellendale masterplan provides 91 hectares of natural corridors and recreation space to be dedicated to Council. This green space represents around 40% of the overall site and provides a spectacular backdrop to the living environment.
The first park within the estate has just opened! The park is sure to keep the whole family entertained and features a one of a kind eight metre high tower with climbing nets leading towards two six metre long tunnel slides, as well as a range of other play equipment including swings, a Piccadilly circle, a quattro see-saw, a hill slide and a hill climb. There are also picnic areas including lookout shelters, a barbeque and a kickabout space.
Located at the end of Cascade Place within the Ellendale Estate via Canvey Road, Upper Kedron, the park enjoys spectacular views of the adjacent nature corridors and mountains beyond and is set to become a new hub for the local community to come together and enjoy spending time outdoors.
