A Sensational 60th for Everton Park SHS

Past Students from the class of 1969

On Saturday 31st July, Everton Park State High School celebrated 60 Years of Creating Bright Futures.

The school opened its doors to the community with a community market day and a visit by the Honourable Grace Grace Minister for Education, Industrial Relations and Racing who officially opened the new facilities.

The market day attracted over 40 stall holders, and despite the announcement that Brisbane was to enter lockdown at 4pm, that afternoon was very well attended by the community.

Everton Park State High School wish to thank everyone who attended the day and helped to celebrate their 60th birthday and opening of the new buildings.

To commemorate this important milestone, the school has produced a wonderful 60th Anniversary Collectors Book which documents the school history from 1961 to 2021 and these are available for sale from the school office. Please call 3354 0222 if you are interested in purchasing one.
