ANZAC day will be commemorated at Samford Museum on ANZAC day 25th April 9am- 12 noon with free admission, children’s activities, feature displays and light refreshments on sale.
The relocated Grovely Railway Station is home to our War Memories dioramas. Aspects of WW1, WW2, and Vietnam are set against murals of locations where locals served.
A life size statue commemorating the centenary of the Charge of Beersheba, donated by Natureworks, is a new feature as will books written by Nigel Alsop commemorating War Animals.
