Mark the 27th and 28th February 2021 in your diary as a date not to be missed, as the popular ‘Off Trails Arts Fair’ is set to take the Samford Valley by storm.
These unique markets are hosted by the Creative Samford community and offers a plethora of goods from artists and makers from around the region. This year organisers have been overwhelmed with the community support with 27 members already confirmed to be hosting a stall which means there will be a huge variety of goods available on the day!
From paintings to jewelry to cards and drawings, furniture, weavings and ceramics, plus so much more you can be assured you won’t be leaving these markets empty handed! Just remember to bring some cash as not all stall holders will have EFTPOS facilities.
There will also be live entertainment available to entertain market-goers with the early colonial dance group and music of Phillips Dog demonstrating early dance styles and the music which accompanied these dances. If you are feeling peckish, why not visit the volunteers from the Community Library Samford and grab a cool drink and snag from their Sausage Sizzle? Scott and Lynda from The Variety Club Phantom Express coffee van will also be on hand rasing money for charity through the sale of coffee and sweet treats.
