Gail’s business accolades include: managing her own practice (CC Education & Business Services), Human Resource Manager for 1500 employees, business lecturer, classroom teacher and counsellor. She has instructed and inspired people through writing, the classroom, college and university lectures, training, business seminars, consulting to small business, personal counselling and educating clients in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria as well as Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Taiwan and the Middle East. Dr CC, as she is often called, has published an educational based children’s picture book to assist parents and teachers and provide enjoyment for children.

Dr Gail Crossley-Craven has a rich background both experientially and educationally speaking, with qualifications in education, business, psychology and natural therapies.
