Brisbane City Council will be lightening the Story Bridge, Victoria Bridge and City Hall in the colours of the British flag,(red, white & blue) in honour of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh this evening. The City Hall flags will be flown at half-mast today too.
