Tim Mander MP at Gaythorne RSL on Anzac Day

ANZAC DAY

It’s great to be back to normal as we gathered at locals RSLs and war memorials to commorate the legacy of the ANZAC’s.  It was an honor to share this special day at Gaythorne RSL with those who have served and continue to serve.  It was encouraging and hearfelt as our Veterans had the freedom to march and share the day with close family and friends.

While some people still chose to commemorate personally at home, or light a candle on their driveway, we came together to pause and remember those who lost their lives and made the ulitmate sacrifice for their country.

I want to thank those who are currently serving our country today and for the families that support their loved ones in service.

Let us never forget those who gave so much – and let their courage and dedication be an inspiration for us all.
