Nature Play in the Park: Tuesday 13th April: 3pm – 3.45pm
Join us for an afternoon of nature play at the park that engages all the senses while we hunt for nature‘s treasures. Dress for mess; we will be painting, playing with mud, crafting and moving about. Suitable for ages 3-5 years. Free. Bookings required.
Self Defence Basics: Thursday 15th April: 4pm -5 pm
Learn basic self-defence moves and, most importantly, the mindset that will help you to keep yourself safe in this no-contact workshop with martial arts expert, Peter Cooper. Ages 12-17. Free. Bookings required.
