To our community,
The Vetkind practices have been serving the Hills community for more than 20 years and we continue to be here for you. Veterinary practice is an essential business and our vets are working hard to ensure you have access to veterinary care for your family pets.
It’s unbelievable to think how much life has changed for us all, but what’s really made this easier is the ongoing support from you, our clients. So, on behalf of our vets, we give you our heartfelt thanks for continuing to care for your pets and supporting our practices.
We haven’t changed our hours but please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Afterhour emergencies are managed by the two wonderful emergency centres at Albany Creek (BVECCS) and Stafford Heights (PetER).
The safety of our clients and staff is our priority. We have strict processes in place to ensure hygiene and safety at all times. During this outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) we have increased the frequency of regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces, have protocols for social distancing and use contactless payments.
For more information about what to do if your pet needs veterinary care during this time phone any of our three clinics or checkout our website blog on www.vetkind.com.au. Remember, there is no evidence that dogs and cats can spread corona virus to people.
Thank you all for your support,
Helen Byrnes, Director, Vetkind
